Dr. Kris Hiney is an Associate Professor and Equine Extension Specialist at Oklahoma State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from Michigan State University and has developed educational programs focused on equine nutrition, health, management, behavior, and welfare. Her work helps horse owners apply science-based practices to improve horse well-being and performance.
