Dr. Jennifer Duringer earned her Ph.D. in Toxicology from Oregon State University and serves as Assistant Professor and Director of the Endophyte Service Laboratory. Her research focuses on mycotoxin toxicity, feed and food safety, analytical chemistry, livestock health, and fungal toxicants.
