Meet the guest:

Dr. Brian Fairchild earned his BS degrees in Poultry Science and Animal Science, followed by an MS and PhD in Physiology from North Carolina State University. He has served as an Extension Poultry Scientist at the University of Georgia for over two decades, focusing on poultry house environmental control, ventilation, energy conservation, and management across production systems.
