Meet the guest:

Ashwath Bendre is a Product Manager at Umami Bioworks, a Singapore-based marine biotechnology company developing cultivated seafood. He holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science in Food Science from The University of British Columbia, with experience in quality assurance and supply chain operations. 

Vincent Krudde is Head of the Alternative Protein Program at Nutreco, a global animal nutrition company. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, with experience in strategy consulting and global business leadership focused on sustainable protein innovation.
