🇺🇲📃 Thankfully, the road seems a little less rocky now! A new bipartisan agreement to suspend the debt ceiling until 2025 in exchange for various spending reforms has passed and may directly impact the chances of this year's farm bill. 

• The Fiscal Responsibility Act made several eligibility changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), meaning that some disagreements which had been a major point of conflict are now off the table – one less issue to negotiate!
