Russ Kelley earned his B.S. and M.S. in Animal and Dairy Sciences from Auburn University and currently serves as Global Program Manager for Pets at Phileo by Lesaffre. His career spans R&D leadership roles across major pet nutrition organizations, focusing on maternal, neonatal, growth, and performance nutrition.
