Meet the guest:

Dr. Dawn Koltes earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Genetics from Iowa State University, where she focused on animal breeding and genetics. She has served as a postdoctoral researcher, research scientist, and faculty member, currently holding the position of Assistant Professor at Iowa State University. Her research focuses on poultry nutrition, particularly enzyme utilization and lipid metabolism in turkeys.
